New Brand Crush - Brochu Walker
It’s been a while since I did a brand crush post, and if you don’t already know about Brochu Walker, I cannot wait to introduce you!
My obsession started with the best white blouse ever…
Did I tell this story already??? If so, please disregard and look at the pictures and the boutique at the end because you’re gonna love these pieces!
I was in Raleigh shopping with my daughter for her birthday back in March and we went into this cute little boutique called Gena Chandler…it was full of fabulous elevated basics and loungewear, which I love! I decided to try on a white blouse because my favorite one was looking a little old and I tried on one from Brochu Walker. Actually…I didn’t know who made it at the time, I just bought it immediately because it was so good!
About a week or so later, I received a collaboration offer from a company called Brochu Walker and it was such a coincidence because I also realized that’s the company that made my white blouse! (I think I did tell this story…sorry). Anyway, to make a long story short, I quickly accepted the offer and my obsession continues!
Where do I even start with what a great company Brochu Walker is! The clothes are beautiful…soft and luxurious and so wearable, but also, they have many pieces that are made with 100% organic cotton and their practices are as sustainable as possible!
Brochu Walker works with knitwear mills who are members of ICCAW (International Cooperation Committee of Animal Welfare), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting animal welfare and animal-friendly farming systems.
Their cashmere and wool/cashmere Lookers are Certified by the RWS (Responsible Wool Standard), which prioritizes its commitment to animal welfare and maintains the highest social standard for employees.
Brochu Walker is a proud partner of the Bonneville Environmental Fund,
an organization dedicated to restoring water in communities throughout the USA.
And all of their products are shipped in high quality compostable bags and beautiful boxes that can be recycled or reused!
In these pictures, I’m wearing the Fida Shrug in salt white along with the Gorga pant in brownstone. The satin pants are so comfortable, soft, flattering and versatile…wear them with a tank when it’s hot, or a heavier sweater. There is also a top that coordinates on the website (and linked below)! I’m a little on the short side, so if I wasn’t on the beach, I would wear an espadrille or other heel with these pants. They run true to size and I’m wearing an extra small.
The sweater is like a light, wearable blanket! I love it over a tank…white, off white, black or a tobacco color would be beautiful! This is elevated loungewear at it’s best!
I added a strand of pearls from Julie Miles to complete the look and on the beach, shoes aren’t required at all!
Below, I’m sharing a boutique of some of my favorite Brochu Walker new arrivals! I hope yo enjoy!
