My Christmas House Tour + A Festive Outfit
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
Yesterday, we finally hung the stockings, so it’s official…Christmas is here at the Smith home. Today is my grandson's Christmas program at school and tomorrow our daughter Rebecca will arrive and then on the 23, our youngest daughter and her husband (and our grand dog, John Wayne) will be here! The festivities have begun and I’m so excited to have everyone together! There will be lots of cooking and eating…a little Champagne drinking, Christmas movie watching, and maybe some last minute shopping!
I’m still amazed at how quickly this year has gone by and it feels so good to say that in many ways, this has been one of the best years of my life! I’m anticipating much joy in 2020, but for now, I just want to spend time with family and enjoy every minute that’s left in 2019!

Clearly, I was feeling festive when I got dressed for this video! I got the red plaid pants last season at H & M while we were in New York and there is nothing more festive than red plaid for Christmas. I paired them with a sweater I got at H & M this year while in NYC…I do like to pop into H & M to see what’s new because you just can’t beat the prices. My Gucci combat boots added just enough edge to make this outfit fun. You can shop similar below!
