A 10 Minute Workout to Get Your Arms Summer Ready!
I know it’s only February, but it’s not too early to start setting fitness goals for spring and summer. Take a moment to get focused, set your goals and then get started.
I know it’s hard to get motivated when it’s cold outside and you have to bundle up in sweaters every day, but warm weather is coming and along with it, warm weather clothes. If you’re having trouble setting goals and staying motivated, try starting your morning with a few positive affirmations. Give yourself a little pep talk with positive words of encouragement. That may not sound like enough to get you started, but I promise if you are kind to yourself, and know that you’re worth the time it takes to do a short workout, your body will hear you and you’ll be on your way to achieving your goals.
This workout is great as is, but even better to repeat each set 3 times. If that’s hard for you in the beginning, just start slowly, and use lighter weights…you’ll start to get stronger, see progress and be able to add another set quickly.
Please remember that I’m not an expert…just someone who has been working out for a long time. If anything hurts or doesn’t feel right, please don’t do it. I’ve tried to make this a safe workout, but everyone is different!
The clothes I’m wearing in this video are from Target. I love the high waisted pants along with the bra tops…I’ve linked them below!
