Faux Fur Vest - Two Ways

Every year around this time, I get out all of my fall and winter clothes and try to organize them and come up with new and different outfits combining the things I already have with a few new pieces. I have far more winter clothes than summer clothes and they take up so much more room in the closet because they’re so much bulkier. I try to keep outerwear in another closet so I’ll have room to spread things out and see what I actually have. The little vest that I’m wearing in this post is one that I’ve had for many years and I still love it. The length is good for me and it adds a little warmth for those days when a tee shirt or blouse just isn’t enough.

In the first outfit, I’ve layered the vest over a dark grey sweater and light grey jeans and I’m wearing leopard Rag and Bone booties. I love the combination of the textured fur vest with the leopard! I added a cute Chloe crossbody bag, but be sure to keep scrolling because I found a look alike Chloe for only $89.00!

The second outfit is somewhat similar, only I wore a striped shirt from Stateside under the vest and very old J Brand jeans (I cut them off because I like them cropped), combined with a different pair of leopard booties from Zara and a Marc Jacobs bag. Everything but the striped tee is several years old so I was pretty pleased with this outfit.

Today will be spent running errands and finishing up my grocery shopping for Thanksgiving. I do not want to be shopping after today because I don’t like crowds!
